INGREDIENTES
Vegetables
- 🥬 1/6 head cabbage, sliced thinly
- 🧅 1/4 stalk green onion, chopped
Protein
- 🍖 140g ham, sliced thinly
Seasonings
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 🧂 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- A pinch of black pepper
PASSOS
Slice cabbage and ham into thin strips (0.3cm thickness). Chop green onion finely.
Heat a pan with a small amount of oil. Add minced garlic and chopped green onion, stir-fry until fragrant.
Add cabbage, ham, soy sauce, and oyster sauce to the pan. Stir-fry until the cabbage softens slightly.
Finish by adding black pepper and a sprinkle of sesame seeds. Stir lightly and serve.
