- 🥚 1 egg yolk
Vegetable
- 1/2 pack pea shoots
Spicy Sauce
- 🧄 1/2 tsp grated garlic
- 1/2 tsp grated ginger
- 1/2 tbsp gochujang
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil

Cut the hamachi into 1cm wide slices.

Trim the roots off the pea shoots and cut them into 2cm lengths.
