INGREDIENTES
Hamburger
- 150g ground meat mix
- 🧅 1/4 onion, minced
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise
- To taste ketchup
Carrot and Green Bean Glacé
- 🥕 1/4 carrot, sliced
- 2 green beans, trimmed
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 🧈 10g salted butter
Chikuwa and Corn Salad
- 1 chikuwa, sliced
- 🌽 1 tbsp frozen corn
- 1 tbsp sesame dressing
PASSOS
Mince the onion and microwave it in a heatproof container covered with plastic wrap for 1 minute at 600W. Let it cool.
Slice the carrot into 6 vertical pieces, trim the green beans, and cut them into 4cm pieces. Slice the chikuwa into rings.
Combine ground meat, onion, mayonnaise, salt, and pepper in a sturdy plastic bag. Knead thoroughly.
Cut the bag's corner and pipe the meat mixture into cups on a baking tray. Create a small hole in the center of each portion.
Place carrot, green beans, sugar, and butter on aluminum foil and wrap tightly.
Wrap chikuwa and corn in another piece of aluminum foil.
Bake the hamburger cups, carrot-green bean wrap, and chikuwa-corn wrap in a toaster oven for 8–10 minutes.
Mix the baked chikuwa and corn with sesame dressing.
Pack rice and the prepared dishes into a bento box. Top the hamburger with ketchup.
