INGREDIENTES
Main
- 🍗 250g chicken thigh
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- Enough flour for coating
- Enough vegetable oil for frying
Sauce
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp vinegar
- 1 tsp mirin
- 1 tbsp noodle sauce
- 🍋 A dash of lemon juice
- 🌰 1 tbsp sesame seeds
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 🧅 Enough green onion for garnish
PASSOS
Season the chicken thigh with salt and pepper, then coat it with flour.
Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Place the chicken skin-side down and cook until golden brown. Flip the chicken, cover the pan, and steam-fry for 5 minutes.
Mix all sauce ingredients (soy sauce, vinegar, mirin, noodle sauce, lemon juice, sesame seeds, sesame oil) thoroughly.
Plate the cooked chicken, pour the sauce over it, and garnish generously with green onions.
