INGREDIENTES

- 1 piece hanpen
- 🥑 1 avocado
- 🧀 1 slice pizza cheese
Seasoning
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tsp soy sauce
- 🧂 1/2 tsp salt and pepper
PASSOS
Cut the hanpen in half and make a slit in the middle.
Slice the avocado thinly after removing the seed and peeling it. Cut the pizza cheese in half.
Stuff the hanpen with avocado slices and cheese.
Mix the seasoning ingredients (olive oil, soy sauce, salt, and pepper) in a bowl.
Place the stuffed hanpen on a baking sheet lined with aluminum foil. Pour the seasoning mixture over it and bake in a toaster oven until the cheese melts.
