INGREDIENTES

- 100g ground pork
Seafood
- 1 piece hanpen (100g)
- 6 crab sticks
Vegetables
- 🥬 5 cabbage leaves
- 🧅 1/4 onion, minced
Seasonings
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp grated ginger
- 1 tbsp potato starch
- 1 tsp sesame oil
PASSOS
Separate cabbage leaves from the core. Place them on a microwave-safe plate, sprinkle 1 tbsp water, cover with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 3 minutes. Pat dry with paper towels. Cut leaves in half and mince the core.
Chop crab sticks and mince the onion.
In a plastic bag, combine minced cabbage core, hanpen, chopped crab sticks, minced onion, seasonings (soy sauce, ginger, potato starch, sesame oil), and ground pork. Mash the hanpen and mix thoroughly. Cut the tip of the bag.
Divide the mixture evenly onto cabbage leaves and wrap them into shumai shapes (about 10 pieces).
Place shumai on a microwave-safe plate, sprinkle 1 tbsp water, cover with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 4 minutes. Let sit for 2 minutes to finish cooking with residual heat.
