- 3g dried wakame
Seasonings

- 1 tbsp vinegar

Slice the cucumber into rounds, rub with 1/4 tsp salt, rinse with water, and squeeze out excess moisture. Rehydrate the wakame in water and cut into bite-sized pieces.
