INGREDIENTES
Main Ingredients
- 🍗 100g ground chicken
- 1 piece (100g) hanpen
- 🧅 1/4 stalk green onion
- 🧂 a pinch of salt
- 1 tbsp salad oil
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🍬 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 🧂 1 tbsp soy sauce
PASSOS
Finely chop the green onion.
Place the hanpen in a plastic bag and mash it until smooth. Add ground chicken, green onion, and salt, then knead until sticky.
Cut the corner of the bag and squeeze out bite-sized portions, shaping them as needed.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Place the patties in the pan and cook until browned on one side. Flip and cook for about 5 minutes until fully cooked. Add the seasoning ingredients (sake, sugar, soy sauce) and simmer until the sauce thickens.
