INGREDIENTES

- 1 piece hanpen
- 2 tsp salad oil
Tuna Mayo
- 1 can tuna (70g)
- 🧅 1/4 onion, minced
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
PASSOS
Cut the hanpen into 4 pieces and make a slit on one side of each piece. Mince the onion, soak it in water, then drain and pat dry. Drain the oil from the tuna can.
Mix the tuna, minced onion, mayonnaise, and salt and pepper in a bowl to make the tuna mayo filling. Stuff the filling into the slits of the hanpen pieces.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Cook the hanpen pieces until both sides are golden brown.
