INGREDIENTES
Beef
- 🥩 200g beef harami block
Vegetables
- 🧄 6 cloves garlic
- 🧅 1 tbsp chopped green onion
Seasoning
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 2 tbsp salad oil
Sauce
- 🧄 1 tsp grated garlic
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp soy sauce
PASSOS
Cut garlic cloves in half lengthwise. Slice harami beef into bite-sized pieces and season with salt and pepper.
Mix the sauce ingredients (grated garlic, sake, sugar, soy sauce) in a bowl. Add the beef and massage the marinade into the meat. Let it sit for 5 minutes.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over low heat. Add garlic and fry until golden brown. Remove garlic from the pan.
Increase heat to medium and add the marinated beef. Cook until browned on one side, then flip and cook through. Plate the beef, top with fried garlic, and garnish with chopped green onion.
