- 40g harusame (glass noodles)
- 🥒 1/2 cucumber, julienned
- 2 crab sticks
- 1 mentaiko (50g)
Seasonings
- 🧈 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 🧂 1/2 tsp soy sauce
PASSOS
Julienne the cucumber into thin strips.
Boil water in a pot, cook the harusame according to the package instructions, drain, and cut into manageable lengths.
Cut open the mentaiko and extract the roe.
In a bowl, mix the seasonings (mayonnaise and soy sauce) with the mentaiko. Add the cooked harusame, shredded crab sticks, and cucumber, then mix well.
