INGREDIENTES
Main Ingredients
- 🥬 10–12 cabbage leaves
- 300g ground pork
- 🍚 1/2 cup cooked rice
- A pinch of parsley
- 🧅 1/2 chopped onion
- 1/2 tbsp chili powder
- 🧂 Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- 5 tbsp flour
- Sausage as desired
Cream Sauce Ingredients
- 💧 3 cups water
- 1 chicken stock cube
- 200ml heavy cream
- 2 tbsp plain yogurt
PASSOS
Cut the core of the cabbage and boil the leaves in hot water until softened.
Trim the thick stems from the boiled cabbage leaves.
Prepare the filling by mixing ground pork, chopped onion, chopped sausage, cooked rice, parsley, chili powder, salt, and pepper.
Place the filling onto the cabbage leaves and roll them tightly.
Lightly pan-fry the cabbage rolls in a skillet with a drizzle of cooking oil until the surface is slightly browned.
Prepare the cream sauce by combining water, chicken stock, heavy cream, and plain yogurt in a pot. Bring to a simmer.
Add the pan-fried cabbage rolls to the simmering cream sauce and cook until fully heated through.
