Herb Crust
- 🍞 3 tbsp breadcrumbs
- 1/2 tsp dried oregano
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 🧄 1/3 tsp grated garlic
PASSOS
Mix breadcrumbs, oregano, olive oil, and grated garlic in a bowl to create the herb crust.
Line a baking tray with aluminum foil, place the sardines on it, and cover them with the herb crust mixture.
Cover the sardines with another piece of aluminum foil and bake in a toaster oven for about 10 minutes.
