INGREDIENTES
Vegetables
- 10g hijiki seaweed
- 50g lotus root
- 4 shiso leaves
Protein
- 6 slices ham
Seasoning
- 🧂 A pinch of salt
- 1/2 tbsp vinegar
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1/2 tbsp concentrated soy sauce
- 1 tbsp white sesame seeds
PASSOS
Wash the hijiki seaweed thoroughly and soak it in plenty of water for 15–20 minutes. Drain the water.
Peel the lotus root, cut it in half lengthwise, and slice thinly into half-moon shapes. Soak the slices in a bowl of water with 1/2 tbsp vinegar for 5 minutes, then drain.
Cut the ham into quarters and shred the shiso leaves into thin strips.
Boil water in a pot and cook hijiki and lotus root for 2–3 minutes. Drain and season with salt and vinegar for a light flavor base.
Mix mayonnaise, concentrated soy sauce, and sesame seeds in a bowl. Add hijiki, lotus root, ham, and shiso leaves, then toss everything together.
