INGREDIENTES
Seaweed
- 20g dried hijiki
Vegetables
- 🥬 1/4 head cabbage, shredded
- 🥕 1/2 carrot, julienned
Seasonings
- 1 tsp Japanese dashi powder
- 🧂 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 🌰 1 tbsp white sesame seeds
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- Pinch of chili powder
PASSOS
Shred the cabbage and julienne the carrot.
Rehydrate the dried hijiki in water and drain well.
Boil water in a pot, add the cabbage, carrot, and hijiki, and blanch for about 30 seconds. Drain well.
In a bowl, mix all the seasonings (dashi powder, soy sauce, sesame oil, sugar, sesame seeds, salt, pepper, and chili powder).
Combine the blanched vegetables and hijiki with the seasoning mixture and toss well.
