INGREDIENTES
Main Ingredients
- 🍗 200g chicken thigh
- 🥔 300g potatoes
- 🍋 1/2 lemon
- 🧈 10g salted butter
Seasoning
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- a pinch of pepper
- 🧄 1/2 tsp grated garlic
Sauce
- 🍋 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 🍯 1 tbsp honey
- a pinch of salt and pepper
PASSOS
Cut the potatoes into bite-sized pieces, soak them in water, and drain. Place them in a microwave-safe container, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 4 minutes until tender.
Slice the lemon into rings. Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces. In a bowl, mix the chicken with the seasoning ingredients (salt, pepper, garlic) and massage for 3 minutes.
Heat butter in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the chicken and potatoes, cooking until browned. Flip and cook on low heat until golden and cooked through.
Once the chicken is cooked, add the lemon slices and sauce ingredients (lemon juice, honey, salt, pepper) to the pan. Toss everything to coat evenly.
