- 🍖 500g pork spare ribs
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🍯 3 tbsp honey
- 3 tbsp whole grain mustard
- 🧂 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 🧄 1/2 tsp grated garlic
PASSOS
Poke several holes in the pork spare ribs using a fork.
In a resealable bag, mix all the seasoning ingredients (sake, honey, mustard, soy sauce, and garlic). Add the spare ribs, massage to coat evenly, and refrigerate for 2 hours.
Preheat the oven to 200°C (392°F). Line a baking tray with parchment paper and arrange the marinated spare ribs on it. Bake for 20–25 minutes until golden brown.
