INGREDIENTES
Main
- 🍚 2 bowls cooked rice (400g)
- 1 dried horse mackerel
- White sesame seeds, as needed
- Shredded nori, as needed
Seasoning
- 4 shiso leaves, thinly sliced
- 1/2 piece ginger, thinly sliced
- 1/2 myoga, thinly sliced
- 1/2 tbsp vinegar
- 🧂 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
PASSOS
Slice shiso leaves thinly, ginger into thin strips, and myoga into diagonal thin slices.
Cook the horse mackerel in a pan over low heat until fully cooked. Remove skin and bones, then flake the fish.
Mix vinegar, soy sauce, and sesame oil in a bowl. Add the flaked fish and mix well.
Combine cooked rice, fish mixture, half of the sesame seeds, and half of the herbs in a bowl. Mix gently.
Serve in a bowl, garnish with remaining herbs and shredded nori.
