INGREDIENTES
Main Ingredients
- 🍚 1 pack instant rice
- 🧅 1/2 onion, sliced
- 🥚 1 egg
- 💧 1 cup water
- 1 hot bar, chopped
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 🧂 2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp cooking oil
PASSOS
Prepare all ingredients.
Slice the onion thinly.
Chop the hot bar into bite-sized pieces.
Heat oil in a pan and sauté the onion until translucent.
Add the chopped hot bar to the pan and stir-fry.
Pour in the water and bring to a simmer.
Add soy sauce and sugar, then simmer until the sauce thickens.
Crack the egg into the pan and cook until set.
Heat the instant rice and place it in a serving bowl.
Pour the cooked hot bar mixture over the rice.
Garnish with black sesame seeds and serve.
