INGREDIENTES
Rice
- 🍚 300g cooked rice
Seafood
- 🦑 200g sliced squid
Vegetables
- 🌱 50g green beans
- 🧅 80g sliced leek
- 🍄 100g maitake mushrooms
Seasonings
- 100ml water
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 🧂 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 1 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp grated ginger
PASSOS
Prepare the rice by cooking it and setting aside.
Slice the squid into rings and chop the green beans, leek, and maitake mushrooms.
In a pan, combine water, sake, mirin, sugar, soy sauce, and grated ginger. Heat until the mixture simmers.
Add the green beans, leek, and maitake mushrooms to the pan. Cook until tender.
Add the sliced squid to the pan and cook briefly until just done.
Mix the cooked rice into the pan with the ingredients and stir well to combine.
Serve the mixed rice warm and enjoy.
