INGREDIENTES
Rice
- 🍚 2 bowls warm rice (300g)
Seafood
- 40g ikura (salmon roe)
Vegetables
- 🥒 1 cucumber
- 4 shiso leaves
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp white sesame seeds
- 🍬 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- 3 tbsp vinegar
PASSOS
Cut off both ends of the cucumber and slice it thinly lengthwise using a peeler. Mince the shiso leaves.
Mix sugar, salt, and vinegar in a bowl to make sushi vinegar.
Add the warm rice to a bowl, then mix in the sushi vinegar, minced shiso leaves, and white sesame seeds by cutting and folding gently.
Place 1/8 of the rice mixture onto a piece of plastic wrap and shape it into a ball.
Wrap the sides of the rice ball with a cucumber slice, top with ikura, and sprinkle white sesame seeds. Repeat to make 8 pieces.
