INGREDIENTES

- 🍚 150g cooked rice
Seafood
- 60g soy-marinated salmon roe
Seaweed
- 1 sheet roasted nori
Seasoning
- 1.5 tbsp vinegar
- 🍬 0.5 tbsp sugar
- 🧂 0.5 tsp salt
PASSOS
Mix vinegar, sugar, and salt in a bowl to make sushi vinegar. Add cooked rice and mix well. Let it cool to create sushi rice.
Cut the roasted nori into strips suitable for wrapping gunkan maki.
Shape the sushi rice into small oval shapes using plastic wrap. Wrap the nori around the rice and top with salmon roe.
