INGREDIENTES
Infinite Ja Ja Bean Sprouts
- 1 bag bean sprouts
- 50g ground pork
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- 2 tsp red miso
- 1/2 tbsp cornstarch
- 💧 50cc water
Infinite Onion and Pea Shoots
- 🧅 1/2 onion
- 1 bag pea shoots
- to taste white sesame seeds
- 🍬 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp dashi powder
Infinite Potatoes
- 🥔 1 potato (100g)
- 1 can tuna (75g)
- 1 tbsp chopped green onion
- 1 tsp chicken broth powder
- 2 tsp mayonnaise
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- to taste salt and pepper
PASSOS
Mix all seasoning ingredients for Infinite Ja Ja Bean Sprouts in a microwave-safe container.
Add ground pork, mix thoroughly, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 3 minutes until fully cooked.
Boil bean sprouts for 1 minute, drain, and serve with the prepared meat miso on top.
Slice onion thinly, soak in water for 10 minutes, and squeeze out excess water.
Cut pea shoots into thirds, microwave for 1.5 minutes at 600W, soak in water, and squeeze out excess water.
Combine onion, pea shoots, and seasoning ingredients in a bowl, mix well, and garnish with white sesame seeds.
Julienne potato, soak in water for 5 minutes, and drain. Drain oil from tuna can.
Boil potato for 1 minute, drain, and mix with tuna, seasoning ingredients, and green onion.
