INGREDIENTES
Main Ingredients
- 🍗 50g chicken breast
- 🍚 1 bowl cooked rice
- 🥬 1 handful cabbage
- 1 handful kimchi
- 🧅 1/4 onion
- 🧀 1 pack pizza cheese
- Seaweed flakes to taste
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp gochujang
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp red pepper powder
- 1 tbsp oligosaccharide
- 🧄 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
- A dash of sesame oil
PASSOS
Cut chicken breast, cabbage, onion, and kimchi into bite-sized pieces.
Mix kimchi with its juice removed, onion, sugar, and 1 tsp sesame oil.
Prepare the seasoning by mixing gochujang, red pepper powder, soy sauce, oligosaccharide, minced garlic, sesame oil, and sesame seeds.
Lightly coat chicken with a portion of the prepared seasoning.
Spread cooked rice on a plate and top with seasoned kimchi and seaweed flakes.
Heat oil in a pan and stir-fry chicken and cabbage over high heat.
Once the cabbage softens, add rice and stir-fry well over high heat.
Add kimchi and remaining seasoning, adjusting based on the saltiness of the kimchi.
Quickly stir-fry over high heat and add pizza cheese, mixing until melted.
Spread the mixture flat in the pan, sprinkle sesame seeds, and turn off the heat.
