INGREDIENTES
Fish
- 🐟 160g sardines, opened
Vegetables
- 🧅 1/2 onion, thinly sliced
- 🍅 10 cherry tomatoes, halved
Seasoning
- 🧂 Salt, to taste
- Potato starch, as needed
- 🌿 Chopped parsley, as needed
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Marinade
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 🍋 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 🧂 1/2 tsp salt
PASSOS
Cut cherry tomatoes in half and thinly slice the onion.
Mix the tomatoes, onion, and marinade ingredients in a tray.
Season sardines with salt and coat with potato starch, then cut them in half.
Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat, cook sardines until golden brown on both sides.
Plate the sardines, top with the marinated mixture, and garnish with parsley.
