- 🌽 60g canned corn

- 🧴 1 tbsp mayonnaise
- 🧂 Pinch of salt
- 🍅 As needed ketchup

PASSOS
Cut the potato in half, place it in a bowl, add 1 tsp of water, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 3–4 minutes.
Mash the potato with a fork, add drained corn, mayonnaise, and mix well. Season with a pinch of salt.
Take a portion of the potato mixture, shape it into a ball, create a small indentation with your finger, and place it in an aluminum cup.
Fill the indentation with ketchup, cover with a piece of sliced cheese, and toast in a toaster oven for about 5 minutes until the cheese is golden brown.
