- 100g frozen taro
- 1 pack shimeji mushrooms

Cooking Oil
- 1 tsp olive oil
Dairy
- 🧈 20g salted butter
- 🥛 300ml milk
- 🧀 50g pizza cheese
Seasoning
- 3 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt

PASSOS
Cut the root off the shimeji mushrooms and separate them. Mince the onion.
Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the onion and sauté until translucent. Add shimeji mushrooms and frozen taro, cooking until the mushrooms soften. Stir in the canned mackerel briefly.
Place butter and flour in a microwave-safe container. Heat at 600W for 1 minute, then mix until smooth.
Gradually add milk in portions, mixing each time. Cover loosely with plastic wrap and microwave at 600W for 2 minutes. Stir, then microwave again for another 2 minutes.
Add the seasoning (salt, pepper, consomme) to the sauce and mix well. Combine with the sautéed ingredients.
Transfer the mixture to a baking dish. Top with pizza cheese and sprinkle breadcrumbs. Bake in a toaster oven for 8–10 minutes until golden brown. Garnish with parsley.
