- 🐙 150g boiled octopus
Vegetables
- 1 stalk wakame
- 🧅 1/4 onion, thinly sliced
Seasonings
- 🧂 2 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp wasabi
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
PASSOS
Slice the boiled octopus thinly.
Thinly slice the onion and soak in water to remove bitterness, then drain. Chop the wakame into small pieces.
Mix the seasonings (sugar, soy sauce, wasabi, sesame oil) in a bowl, then add the chopped wakame and mix well.
Arrange the sliced octopus and onion on a plate, then drizzle the wakame sauce over the top.
