INGREDIENTES

- 200g Jerusalem artichoke
- 2 tbsp potato starch
- As needed vegetable oil
- 🌾 1 tsp white sesame seeds
Seasoning
- 2 tbsp mirin
- 🍬 2 tsp sugar
- 🧂 1 tbsp soy sauce
PASSOS
Wash the Jerusalem artichokes thoroughly and cut them into bite-sized pieces.
Place the Jerusalem artichokes and potato starch in a plastic bag and shake to coat evenly.
Heat vegetable oil in a pot to 170°C and fry the Jerusalem artichokes for about 8 minutes until lightly golden.
In a frying pan, combine the mirin, sugar, and soy sauce, and bring to a boil over medium heat.
Add the fried Jerusalem artichokes to the pan and coat them evenly with the sauce. Sprinkle white sesame seeds and mix well.
