- 🍗 350g chicken thigh
- 🥚 1 egg
Seasoning
- 2 tbsp shiso-flavored dressing
Dry Ingredients
- 5 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 4 tbsp potato starch
Cooking Oil
- As needed salad oil
PASSOS
Cut chicken thigh into bite-sized pieces and place them in a plastic bag.
Add shiso-flavored dressing to the bag, massage into the chicken, and marinate for 10 minutes. Then add egg, potato starch, and flour, and mix well.
Heat salad oil in a pot to 170°C. Fry the chicken pieces for 4–5 minutes until golden brown. Drain excess oil.
