INGREDIENTES
Vegetables
- 1 turnip (80g)
- 1/4 block konjac (60g)
Oil
- 1 tsp sesame oil
Seasoning
- 1/2 tsp soy sauce
- 150cc water
- 1/4 tsp Japanese dashi powder
- 🧂 1/6 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp grated ginger
PASSOS
Cut the turnip into large pieces to retain texture.
Slice the konjac into bite-sized pieces.
Heat sesame oil in a pot over medium heat.
Add the turnip and konjac to the pot and sauté lightly.
Pour in water and add dashi powder, salt, soy sauce, and grated ginger.
Simmer for 5–7 minutes until the turnip is tender.
