    • 3 tbsp flour
    • 1 tbsp potato starch
    • 4 tbsp cold water
  • Sauce

    • 3 tbsp mirin
    • 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
    • 2 tbsp soy sauce
    • 1/3 tsp dashi powder
    • 💧 5 tbsp water

Place carrot, onion, mitsuba, shrimp, and flour into a plastic bag. Seal and shake to coat evenly.
