INGREDIENTES
Main
- 🍗 300g chicken thigh
- 2 tbsp potato starch
- Enough salad oil for frying
Vegetables
- 🥬 4 lettuce leaves
- 🥒 1/2 cucumber
- 🍅 1 tomato
- 🌽 2 tbsp corn
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 2 tsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp grated ginger
Aurora Sauce
- 🧈 3 tbsp mayonnaise
- 🍅 1 tbsp ketchup
- 🍋 1 tsp lemon juice
PASSOS
Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces.
Place the chicken in a bag, add sake, soy sauce, and ginger, and massage. Refrigerate for 15 minutes to marinate.
Slice lettuce and cucumber thinly. Cut tomato into 1cm cubes.
Drain the chicken and coat with potato starch in a bag.
Heat salad oil to 180°C and fry the chicken until cooked through.
Mix mayonnaise, ketchup, and lemon juice in a bowl to make Aurora sauce.
Arrange lettuce, cucumber, tomato, corn, and fried chicken on a plate. Drizzle Aurora sauce on top.
