INGREDIENTES
Noodles
- 2 bundles somen (100g)
Seafood
- 200g katsuo sashimi
Vegetables
- 10 shiso leaves
- 2 myoga
- 30g sweet pickled ginger
Seasonings
- White sesame seeds, as needed
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 tbsp concentrated men tsuyu
PASSOS
Thinly slice the katsuo sashimi. Cut shiso leaves into thin strips. Halve the myoga lengthwise and slice thinly. Chop the sweet pickled ginger.
Boil water in a pot and cook somen according to package instructions. Rinse under cold water and drain. Toss with sesame oil to prevent sticking.
Roll somen into bite-sized portions and place on a serving dish. Top with katsuo, myoga, shiso, chopped pickled ginger, and sprinkle white sesame seeds. Drizzle men tsuyu over the dish.
