INGREDIENTES
Vegetables
- 🌽 1 can canned corn
- 1/3 red bell pepper, chopped
- 1/3 yellow bell pepper, chopped
- 🧅 1/2 onion, chopped
Seasoning
- 🧈 3 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 🍬 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 🧂 1/2 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper
PASSOS
Drain the liquid from the canned corn and let it sit in a strainer to remove excess moisture.
Chop the vegetables (red bell pepper, yellow bell pepper, onion) into small pieces similar in size to the corn.
Combine the chopped vegetables and corn in a bowl.
Add mayonnaise, sugar, and vinegar to the bowl and mix well.
Season with a pinch of salt and pepper to taste.
Refrigerate the salad for at least half a day to allow the flavors to meld.
