    • 1 pack of frozen udon noodles

    • 80g thinly sliced pork belly
  • Vegetables

    • 30g chives, cut into 3cm pieces
    • 30g kimchi
  • Cheese

    • 15g shredded pizza cheese
  • Seasonings

    • 1 tbsp sake
    • 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
    • 1/3 tsp chicken stock powder
    • 300ml water

Add all seasonings (sake, soy sauce, chicken stock powder, and water) to a pot and heat over medium heat. Once boiling, add the pork belly and cook until the meat changes color. Skim off any foam, then add frozen udon noodles and kimchi. Bring to a boil again, cover, and simmer on low heat for 3 minutes.

Uncover the pot and loosen the frozen udon noodles. Add chives by cutting them into 3cm pieces directly into the pot using kitchen scissors. Top with shredded pizza cheese, cover the pot, and turn off the heat. Let the residual heat melt the cheese.
