INGREDIENTES
Main Ingredients
- 🌭 7 sausages
- 🍚 1 bowl cooked rice
- 🥬 100g aged kimchi
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 🧅 30g onion
Seasonings
- 🍯 1 tbsp sugar or honey
- 🌰 A pinch of sesame seeds
- 🧂 A pinch of salt
PASSOS
Chop the aged kimchi into small pieces.
Slice the sausages and dice the onion.
Heat sesame oil in a pan, stir-fry the kimchi, then add the onion and cook until the onion turns translucent. Add sugar and mix well.
Add the sausages to the pan and stir-fry until the mixture is dry and well combined.
Serve the kimchi sausage stir-fry over a bowl of rice and garnish with sesame seeds.
