INGREDIENTES
Basic Ingredients
- 1/4 head kimchi
- 4-5 slices bacon
- 🧅 1/2 onion
- 1 cup chopped green onion
- 🧈 1 tbsp butter
Seasoning Ingredients
- 1 tbsp gochujang
- 1 tbsp sugar or syrup
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 cup tomato sauce
- 2-3 slices cheddar cheese
Rice Crust
- 3-4 cups cooked rice
Toppings
- 2-3 handfuls mozzarella cheese
- 1 cooked sweet potato
- 1/4 cup olives
- 1/4 cup jalapeno pickles
PASSOS
Chop all ingredients into similar-sized pieces.
Heat a pan, add butter, and sauté green onion, onion, and bacon until fragrant.
Add kimchi to the pan and stir-fry until softened.
Mix in gochujang and sugar, then stir-fry again.
Add oyster sauce and tomato sauce, stirring until well combined.
Lay cheddar cheese over the mixture and stir until melted.
Press cooked rice into a 12-inch round cake pan to form a crust.
Fill the rice crust with the kimchi mixture.
Top with mozzarella cheese and additional toppings like sweet potato, olives, and jalapeno pickles.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (356°F) for 15-20 minutes until cheese is golden brown.
Remove from the pan and garnish with Parmesan cheese or parsley.
