INGREDIENTES
Vegetable
- 1/2 bag of komatsuna
Meat
- 200g thinly sliced pork loin
Dairy
- 🧀 3 slices of cheese
Seasoning
- 🧂 A pinch of salt and pepper
Flour
- An adequate amount of flour
Oil
- 2 tablespoons of salad oil
Sauce
- 1 tablespoon of sake
- 1 tablespoon of mirin
- 1 tablespoon of soy sauce
- 🧄 1/2 teaspoon of grated garlic
PASSOS
Cut the roots off the komatsuna. Place in a bowl, cover with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 2 minutes. Rinse in water and drain.
Lay the pork slices vertically, slightly overlapping, to match the length of the komatsuna. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, and flour.
Place cheese and komatsuna on the pork slices, then roll tightly from one end. Coat the rolls with flour and cut them in half.
Mix the sauce ingredients (sake, mirin, soy sauce, garlic) in a bowl.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Place the rolls seam-side down and cook until browned, turning to brown all sides.
Add the sauce to the pan and cook, rolling the rolls until the liquid evaporates. Slice into bite-sized pieces and serve.
