INGREDIENTES
Bread
- 🍞 2 slices of sandwich bread
Vegetables
- 1/2 bunch of komatsuna, chopped
Canned Goods
- 🐟 1 can of tuna (70g), drained
Dairy
- 🧈 10g salted butter
- 🧀 1 tbsp grated cheese
Condiments
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise for cooking
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise for bread
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- A pinch of pepper
Egg Mixture
- 🥚 2 eggs
- 🍬 1/3 tsp sugar
- A pinch of pepper
PASSOS
Separate the komatsuna stems and leaves, then cut them into 3cm pieces. Drain the canned tuna.
In a bowl, mix the egg mixture ingredients: eggs, sugar, pepper, and grated cheese.
Heat butter in a frying pan, pour in the egg mixture, and stir over medium heat until cooked. Remove from the pan.
Wipe the pan clean with a paper towel, add mayonnaise, and heat. Stir-fry the komatsuna stems and tuna over medium heat.
Once the stems are tender, add the komatsuna leaves, salt, and pepper. Stir-fry until the leaves are wilted.
Spread mayonnaise on the sandwich bread, layer with the cooked eggs and komatsuna mixture, then top with another slice of bread. Cut in half to serve.
