INGREDIENTES
Vegetables
- 200g komatsuna, washed and cut into 4cm pieces
Canned Goods
- 190g canned mackerel in water
Condiments
- 2 tbsp ponzu sauce
- A pinch of black pepper
Oils
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
PASSOS
Wash the komatsuna thoroughly, remove the root ends, and cut into 4cm pieces.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the canned mackerel and break it apart while stir-frying briefly.
Spread the komatsuna evenly in the pan, cover with a lid, and steam for 30 seconds over medium heat.
Remove the lid, stir-fry for 1-2 minutes until the komatsuna softens. Add ponzu sauce and black pepper, then mix well.
