INGREDIENTES
Vegetables
- 1/2 bag komatsuna
- 🌽 2 tbsp corn
Beans
- 120g mixed beans
Seaweed
- 5g dried hijiki
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1 tsp mustard
- 1 tbsp olive oil
PASSOS
Wrap komatsuna in plastic wrap and microwave at 600W for 2 minutes. Rinse in water, squeeze out excess moisture, and cut into 3cm pieces.
Rehydrate dried hijiki in plenty of water, then drain well.
Mix all the seasoning ingredients (vinegar, soy sauce, salt and pepper, mustard, olive oil) in a bowl.
Combine komatsuna, mixed beans, hijiki, and corn in the bowl with the dressing. Mix well and serve.
