INGREDIENTES
Vegetables
- 1/2 bunch komatsuna
- 1 pack shimeji mushrooms
Condiments
- 2 tbsp zha cai (pickled mustard greens)
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp grated ginger
Protein
- 4 crab sticks
Staples
- 20g vermicelli noodles
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
PASSOS
Cut the komatsuna into bite-sized lengths. Trim the root of the shimeji mushrooms and separate them.
Chop the zha cai roughly and shred the crab sticks.
Boil water in a pot and cook the vermicelli noodles. Drain and cut them with scissors.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the komatsuna and shimeji mushrooms, stir-frying until the komatsuna becomes tender.
Add the zha cai, crab sticks, soy sauce, and grated ginger. Stir-fry together, then add the vermicelli and mix everything well.
