INGREDIENTES
Meat
- 1 pack pork belly slices
Vegetables
- 1 cup bean sprouts
- 1 cup shredded green onion
- 🧅 1 medium onion, sliced
Seasoning
- 2 tbsp gochujang
- 3 tbsp red pepper flakes
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp plum extract
- 1 tbsp corn syrup
- 1 tbsp rice wine
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tsp ginger powder
PASSOS
Spread bean sprouts evenly on the bottom of a pan.
Place pork belly slices on top of the bean sprouts.
Rinse shredded green onion in water, drain, and add to the pan.
Mix all seasoning ingredients to create the sauce.
Pour the sauce generously over the ingredients in the pan.
Cook until the pork is fully cooked and the vegetables are tender.
