INGREDIENTES

- 200g soybean sprouts
Noodles
- 300g glass noodles
Seasonings
- 🧄 2 tbsp minced garlic
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 5 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp corn syrup
- 2 tbsp chili powder
PASSOS
Boil soybean sprouts in salted water (1/2 tbsp salt) for 3 minutes. Rinse with cold water and gently squeeze out excess moisture.
Cook glass noodles in the same water used for boiling the sprouts for about 8 minutes until tender.
Mix the prepared ingredients with all the seasonings to create the japchae.
You can eat it as is or stir-fry in a heated pan for 3 minutes for a chewier texture and deeper flavor.
Sprinkle sesame seeds on top and serve as a main dish. Store leftovers in the fridge and reheat by stir-frying before serving.
