INGREDIENTES
Vegetables
- 200g soybean sprouts
- 2 stalks green onion
- 1 chili pepper
Seasoning
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tsp salted shrimp
Batter
- 6 tbsp pancake mix
- 💧 60ml water
Cooking Oil
- Generous amount of vegetable oil
PASSOS
Wash 200g of soybean sprouts thoroughly and drain the water.
Place the sprouts in a bowl and cut them into smaller pieces using scissors.
Slice 2 stalks of green onion thinly.
Cut 1 chili pepper into small pieces after making cross-shaped cuts.
Add 6 tbsp of pancake mix to the bowl.
Add 1 tbsp of minced garlic to the mixture.
Season with 1 tsp of salted shrimp instead of salt.
Pour 60ml of water into the mixture and stir until well combined.
Heat a pan and generously add vegetable oil. Pour a ladle of batter onto the pan.
Cook on medium-low heat until the edges turn golden brown, then flip and cook the other side.
Serve the soybean sprout pancake with a side of makgeolli for a perfect pairing.
