INGREDIENTES
Vegetables
- 1 bag (200g) konjac
- 🧅 1 green onion
Condiments
- 1 tbsp salad oil
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- 1 tbsp miso
- 1/2 tsp doubanjiang
Meat
- 100g ground pork
Seasonings
- 2 tbsp sake
- 🍬 2 tbsp sugar
Staples
- 🍚 2 bowls (400g) white rice
Toppings
- 🥚 2 egg yolks
- Kaiware radish sprouts as needed
PASSOS
Finely chop the konjac.
Roughly chop the green onion.
Boil the konjac in water for 2 minutes and drain.
Heat salad oil in a pan over medium heat, add grated ginger and konjac, and stir-fry.
Add ground pork and stir-fry until it changes color. Then add sake, sugar, doubanjiang, miso, and green onion. Mix well, cover, and simmer on low heat for 5 minutes.
Remove the lid, turn to high heat, and simmer until the liquid evaporates.
Serve the meat miso over white rice, topped with egg yolks and kaiware radish sprouts.
