INGREDIENTES
Rice
- 🍚 2 bowls cooked white rice (300g)
Protein
- 2 chikuwa sticks
Vegetables
- 🥕 30g carrot, julienned
- 🧅 1/4 bunch green onion, chopped
- 130g konjac, thinly sliced
Oil
- 1 tbsp salad oil
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 🧂 1 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp Japanese dashi powder
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- 💧 1 tbsp water
PASSOS
Slice the konjac thinly. Boil it in a pot of water for 2 minutes, then drain.
Cut chikuwa into 5mm slices, julienne the carrot, and chop the green onion.
Heat salad oil in a pan over medium heat. Stir-fry konjac, chikuwa, and carrot until coated in oil.
Add the seasonings (soy sauce, sake, mirin, sugar, dashi powder, ginger, and water) and simmer until the liquid reduces.
Mix the cooked rice, stir-fried ingredients, and chopped green onion in a bowl.
