INGREDIENTES
Main Ingredient
- 1 piece (300g) konjac
Oil
- 2 tsp sesame oil
Garnish
- Chopped green onion, as needed
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp yuzu pepper
PASSOS
Cut a grid pattern on one side of the konjac and slice into bite-sized pieces.
Place the konjac in a microwave-safe container, add enough water to cover, and microwave at 600W for 4 minutes. Drain the water.
Mix the seasoning ingredients (sake, mirin, soy sauce, yuzu pepper) in a bowl.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Cook the konjac until browned on all sides.
Add the mixed seasoning to the pan and coat the konjac thoroughly. Serve on a plate and garnish with chopped green onion.
