- 🧄 10-15 cloves garlic
- 🧅 1 onion
- Green onion as needed
- 🥔 2 potatoes
- 1 serving noodles
Soup Seasoning
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 🧂 1 tbsp salt
- Pepper as needed
- 🧄 2 tbsp minced garlic
Chive Seasoning
- 4 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp vinegar
- 🧄 0.5 tbsp minced garlic
Spicy Sauce
- 3 tbsp chili powder
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 1 tbsp plum extract
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 🍬 0.5 tbsp sugar
- A dash of sesame oil
PASSOS
Clean the chicken thoroughly and boil it with onion, green onion, and 5-6 cloves of garlic.
Rinse the chicken and add fresh water, onion, green onion, and garlic to the pot. Boil again.
Add potatoes to the boiling soup and season with salt, soy sauce, pepper, and minced garlic.
Prepare the chive seasoning by mixing soy sauce, vinegar, and minced garlic.
Make the spicy sauce by combining chili powder, soy sauce, vinegar, plum extract, minced garlic, sugar, and sesame oil.
Serve the chicken with seasoned chives and spicy sauce. Enjoy!
After finishing the chicken, add noodles to the remaining broth. Boil until cooked.
